- Starting with understanding the requirements. After receiving the initial inquiry, we can set up an on-site or online meeting to discuss the full requirements.
- Initiating a moodboard and a furniture layout to discuss and confirm the required style.
- Processing 3d visuals to cover all the required areas and confirm materials selection and finishings.
- Submitting the architectural drawings (including furniture layout, flooring layout, ceiling layout, lighting layout, elevations, sectional elevations, and power supply plan) with technical details for furniture & fixtures
- Finalizing bill of quantity (BOQ) for the full scope of work with materials specification sheet. and handing over the full project documents
